Our approach combines strategic guidance with hands-on operational expertise – allowing organizations to scale support, improve consistency, and strengthen long-term sustainability without the complexity of building large internal teams. Our role is not to simply manage tasks, it is to help organizations strengthen infrastructure, improve decision-making, support leadership teams, and create better experiences for members and stakeholders.

Stacy McGuire, CAE
MANAGING PARTNER
Stacy McGuire is a strategic association management leader with expertise in governance, membership engagement, organizational strategy, marketing, and operations. She works closely with trade associations, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations to strengthen member value, streamline operations, and support long-term growth through collaborative, results-driven leadership.
Her background includes executive support, event and contract management, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and integrated marketing communications, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution to help organizations thrive. Stacy earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2026, further strengthening her commitment to association leadership excellence.
Michele StClair, CAE
MANAGING PARTNER
Michele StClair has been keeping associations – and all their moving parts – on track since joining V2 in 2008. Now a co-owner, she brings extensive experience in association management, organizational operations, conferences and events, and solving the problems that inevitably land on her desk.
A relationship builder at heart, Michele believes every interaction should feel personal. Clients and members count on her to listen, find solutions, and follow through. If she doesn’t have the answer, she’ll find it.
Michele earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2026 and an Association Facilitator Certificate in 2025.
Part association executive, part problem solver, part professional cat herder. Off the clock, she loves travel and time with family.
